How does this service work?
ReferralVille is designed to make money for its members through revenue sharing. Members with a service can refer members who are seeking the same specific service. As a result of the referral being made, both parties will share the referral fee awarded by the business. The search box at the top of every page is an easy way to look for matches. You can enter a service/product or category and your location. Your matches will appear on the results page with a brief summary. You can click on a particular match to obtain additional details.

Once you have decided on a match you may refer or be referred by the selected member. The service provider may award both members with a referral fee. However, if the referring member is solely awarded the referral fee, they will be responsible for paying the referred member their agreed portion. All payments are made processed through our payment system (operated by PayPal).

Is this service free?
There are no upfront fees associated with our site. ReferralVille only charges a 15% transaction fee when a referral transaction is completed. The transaction fee is based on the total referral fee awarded. The cost of acquiring a service/product from a service provider listed on our site is not associated with any of ReferralVille’s financial transactions. 

How do I find the services/products I need?
The search box is the key to finding services that match your needs. The search box is located at the top right of the page. Simply enter the service provider’s name or category, along with your city and state. This will allow you to view all the service providers that have referral programs for your location. You may narrow your search to include only your friends and contacts that use the service by simply clicking the friends/contacts option.

How do I create a referral offer?
Go to the "MyAccount" page and select Create a Referral Offer . You will be prompted to select a business category. Once you select the category you will be presented with a list of service provider, select your service provider. After selecting you service provider you must enter the referral fee split amount you are willing to give the referee. Do not forget to enter the number days it will take for you to payout the referee share of the referral fee awarded. Please keep in mind the number of days it will take for the service provider to issue your referral fee.

How can I add a service provider if they are not listed in the database?
If a service provider does not exist in our database you may click on the “Add New Service Provide” link located on the top on the page. We rely on our community of users to add/update service providers to the system. Therefore, you may need to conduct an independent search (Service Provider’s Site) of the service provider’s referral program and enter this information. Newly added/updated service providers are subjected to a 24 hour verification process by Referralville.com and will not be activated until completed.

Why do I need a PayPal account?
All payments between members are handled through our payment system (operated by PayPal). In order to receive payments you must have a PayPal account.

What forms of payment does ReferralVille accept?
You are able to pay referral fee offers and transaction fees with Visa, Master Card, Debit Card and PayPal through our payment system (operated by PayPal).

How do I get paid?
Service providers pay members directly. If a service provider is offering both the referrer and the referee a referral fee, it is the sole responsibility of the service provider to make payment. If the referrer is the only member receiving a referral fee from the service provider it will be the referrer’s responsibility to make payment to the referee for the agreed award split. Payments between members will be processed through our payment system (operated by PayPal).

What is the transaction fee amount charged by ReferralVille?
ReferralVille charges a 15% referral transaction fee. For example when a Referral Request is made and accepted by both the referrer and referee, 15% of the total referral fee awarded will be assessed. Each party is only assessed 7.5% of their referral fee award split. EXAMPLE: if your referral fee split is $15.00 your referral transaction fee will be $2.25 and your final payout will be $12.75.

Who is responsible for providing the services and products that I order?
Members purchase services/products directly from service providers. The service provider is responsible for providing the goods or services to you. ReferralVille simply matches consumers so they can take advantage of referral fee offers that many companies give to new customers. Any questions or comments relating to the quality of the service you receive from a service provider should be directed to that service provider.

What is the “My Account” page?
The My Account page provides information on your earning, transaction history, referrer/referee request(s) and their status.

How will I find out if I have been referred?
Members are alerted concerning the “referral request” via the email address provided during registration.

What if I lose my password or user name?
To gain access to the service after losing your user name or password, click on the “Lost Password” link on the login page. Your password will be sent to the email address that you provided during registration.
